These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ZenoVoiceAi services, including our website at zenovoiceai.com, web portal, and mobile applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ZenoVoiceAi provides phone numbers, voice calling, SMS messaging, voicemail, and related account tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription, carrier provisioning, and account role.

Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including calls and messages sent from your lines.
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules (including consent for outbound messaging where required).

Billing

Paid plans, number purchases, and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) according to prices shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

Messaging limits and business texting

Personal and Plus lines are for personal use and may send no more than 100 text messages per day. This limit applies at all times. If you need to send more than 100 messages per day, you must choose a Business plan; personal lines may not be used for bulk, marketing or business messaging.
Business texting (Business and Agents plans) must be registered with US carriers under the 10DLC program. ZenoVoiceAi charges a one-time registration fee of $15.99 per company to register your brand and messaging campaign. This fee is non-refundable once registration has been submitted to carriers.
Carriers may filter, delay or block messages that are unregistered, exceed limits, or violate their rules. We may suspend texting on lines that exceed these limits or send unsolicited messages.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

Send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or spam communications;
Impersonate others or misrepresent the identity of your line;
Interfere with or abuse the platform, other users, or telecommunications partners;
Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or fair-use policies we publish.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted voice or SMS delivery, which depends on networks, devices, and third-party carriers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenoVoiceAi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or others.
