US carriers treat personal and business texting differently. Here’s how it works on ZenoVoiceAi.
Personal & Plus: up to 100 texts a day
Personal lines are for personal use. You can send up to 100 text messages per day. If you regularly need more than that, choose a Business plan — personal lines can’t be used for bulk or business messaging.
Business & Agents: $15.99 one-time registration
Business texting must be registered with US carriers (10DLC) so your messages get delivered. We handle the brand and campaign registration for a one-time $15.99 fee, charged once per company.

Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month; yearly billing is optional and saves up to 20%.
How does per-user pricing work?
Business and Agents are billed per teammate who gets an extension or a login.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — your numbers and history stay the same.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in the Billing page of your account.
Is there a texting limit on Personal?
Yes. Personal and Plus lines can send up to 100 texts per day. If you regularly need more, choose a Business plan.
